Prior to joining Kilpatrick Stockton, Mr. Paine was the primary counsel for information technology and data security matters at The Home Depot.
Mr. Paine is a member of the American Bar Association, Atlanta Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, International Association of Privacy Professional and Association of Corporate Counsel of America. He has been a frequent speaker and author for a number of high-profile organizations and publications.
Mr. Paine earned his B.S. and M.B.A in Finance from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business Administration and his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
