He joins eight other board members who are distinguished leaders in the State of Georgia and/or the field of public health.

Mr. Reddy, who was a 2006 candidate for Georgia Secretary of State, earned his Masters in Public Health (M.P.H.) from Emory University. He also graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Emory University.
In his high-profile law practice, Mr. Reddy advises technology companies and private equity funds in negotiating and consummating their strategic growth transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and cross-border deals. He also provides general corporate advice to individuals, companies and the portfolio companies of private equity and venture capital funds.
Mr. Reddy has received numerous awards during his career, including: 2007 Marshall Memorial Fellowship; Georgia Trend Magazine Top 40 Under 40 Georgians; Atlanta Business Chronicle Top 40 Under 40 (Up and Comers); Atlanta Magazine Georgia Rising Stars; and Multicultural Law Mover and Shaker.
