Bedi’s practice focuses on patent litigation and the strategic development of intellectual property assets. His litigation experience includes cases in U.S. District Courts both inside and outside California and at the International Trade Commission, which is a growing area of activity for K&L Gates. Bedi has proven technical expertise in many aspects of semiconductor manufacture, solar cell fabrication, image processing, and software and Internet applications among other areas. He also has assisted clients to build patent portfolios in the renewable energy and “green tech” fields.
