Latham & Watkins1 is pleased to announce that UK Corporate lawyer Martin Saywell will join the London office as partner.
Saywell will join from Simmons & Simmons, where he has practiced since 1995. His corporate practice includes public and private mergers, private equity transactions, take-overs and initial public offerings and secondary offerings. His recent experience includes representation on the $110 million sale of Momentum Holdings, a fund of funds group to Pioneer, a subsidiary of Unicredito, the £47 million public to private of FC-X International plc and the $190 million introduction of ALTIN AG, a Swiss fund of funds group, on the London Stock Exchange. Saywell studied for a masters degree at Kobe University and speaks fluent Japanese.
