New York – October 9, 2007 – LAWFUEL – The Law Firm Newswire – Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Oxygen Media, one of the nation’s leading female-focused cable television networks, in its agreement to be acquired by NBC Universal. Under the agreement, NBC Universal will acquire Oxygen for $925 million.
