Dallas (LAWFUEL) – Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that Bradley W. Foster has joined the firm’s Dallas office as a Partner in the Litigation section. Foster will concentrate his practice on securities litigation and Corporate Compliance, Investigations and Defense (CCID).
Foster has extensive experience representing clients in securities litigation and other complex business disputes. His experience includes securities class actions, M&A litigation, securities and commodities arbitration, SEC investigations, NYSE and NASD investigations, commercial arbitration, and general business litigation. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Foster earned his J.D. in 1990 from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he was Valedictorian, an editor of the law review, and a member of the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. from Baylor University in 1987, where he was a National Merit Scholar and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
