Law Firm Announcements – Thompson Hine Hosts Presidents’ Council Forum

CLEVELAND– LAWFUEL – Legal Announcements –On April 2, Thompson Hine LLP hosted a forum at its Cleveland office, bringing together member companies from The Presidents’ Council and representatives from private equity firms and investment banks.

The Presidents’ Council is a coalition of minority-owned businesses in the greater Cleveland area, and the forum provided an opportunity for the business owners to connect with sources of capital in the region and beyond. Also attending were representatives from Accel Advisors, a professional services firm specializing in strategic sourcing and supplier diversity.

During the meeting, representatives from the private equity firms and investment banks made presentations and answered questions about their businesses. The event provided the attendees and presenters with networking opportunities to develop and enhance relationships for future deal-making.

“This meeting was a great success,” comments David Hooker, Thompson Hine’s managing partner and an associate member of The Presidents’ Council. “We are pleased to have an opportunity like this to demonstrate our continued commitment to diversity and to the business community in Northeast Ohio.”
