Rome – LAWFUEL – The Law Firm Newswire – DLA Piper has appointed Annalisa Rossi as a partner in its Corporate practice group in Rome.
Annalisa, counsel at Clifford Chance prior to joining DLA Piper, has more than 13 years’ corporate, M&A and equity capital markets experience. She acts for Italian and foreign investors on a variety of M&A transactions with particular expertise in privatisations, either through private placements or IPOs.

Annalisa holds a LLD from La Sapienza University in Rome (1992). She also has a Masters in Business Law from the LUISS Business School (1993) as well as basic (2002) and advanced (2005) financial management degrees from the SDA Bocconi School of Management.
Annalisa joined on 5 November 2007.
