West Palm Beach, June 24, 2014 – Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP is pleased to announce that Robin King has joined the firm as Counsel in the Private Client Department. King concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, guardianship administration, probate administration, and trust administration. She works with non-traditional families regarding all types of estate planning issues and also drafts pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She has been a Florida Leading Attorney in Trusts & Estates since 1997 and is an AV-rated attorney byMartindale Hubbell.
Prior to joining Edwards Wildman, King was a partner at several Floridafirms and practiced in the areas of estate planning, probate, trusts, and guardianship administration. From 1991 to 2000, she was an adjunct professor in the Legal Institute Program at Barry University, teaching probate, guardianship and trust administration, and estate planning. From 1986 to 1992, she served as an adjunct professor at Florida InternationalUniversity where she taught a similar curriculum for the University’s Paralegal Studies program.
Earlier in her career, King served as a law clerk for the Honorable Norman Hendry at the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami, Florida.
King earned her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Miami, as well as a B.S. and M.S. from FloridaInternational University.
King is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
