ATLANTA (October 10) — Kilpatrick Stockton announced today that Partner Lorraine M. Brennan will be a featured speaker at the Piedmont Triad Chapter of the North Carolina World Trade Association Conference, entitled “A Global Trade Forum: Taking Advantage of Global Trade Opportunities”. The conference is being held on November 13 at the Greensboro Country Club in Greensboro, North Carolina. This special trade presentation includes presentations by leading trade attorneys and business executives.
The conference will address topics such as trade preferences, international trade and supply chains, wholesale banking, international contract law and international dispute resolution. Ms. Brennan’s speech is entitled, “Navigating the Waters of International Commercial Dispute Resolutions: What are your Options”?
Ms. Brennan is a partner in the firm’s New York office where she is a member of the International Dispute Resolution Team. Prior to joining Kilpatrick Stockton, Ms. Brennan served as Director of Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, North America, ICC International Court of Arbitration. During her tenure, she acted as the American advisor to the International Court of Arbitration in Paris, France. Ms. Brennan serves as an adjunct law professor at both Cornell Law School and Georgetown University Law Centre. She has also served as a Visiting Professor at Shantou University in Shantou, China.
