Working with a partner who is recognised as being a leader in his field, this role offers the opportunity to work on cutting edge corporate/IP matters in a very supportive and friendly environment.
From a corporate perspective you will be advising on a variety of commercial agreements, including outsourcing, supply and distribution arrangements, corporate sponsorship and research and development projects. You will also provide general advice to commercial clients on their compliance obligations under various legislations relating to products and promotions.
Your IP responsibilities will include advising on brand development and name protection strategies, registering trade marks and assisting with the management of clients’ trade mark portfolios, and advising on intellectual property matters arising from transactions and due diligence investigations.
