LAWFUEL – Law News, Law Jobs Network – On November 16, Cravath Partners Richard W. Clary and David R. Marriott will speak at “Managing Complex Litigation: Legal Strategies and Best Practices in ‘High-Stakes’ Cases”, a conference in New York City presented by the Practising Law Institute. This is the first PLI conference fully devoted to issues arising from complex litigation.
Rich will Chair the program and moderate two panel discussions entitled “Creative Tools for Streamlining the Litigation Process” and “The Brave New Frontiers of Litigation Support”. David will moderate discussions entitled “Legal Issues Relating to Getting Cases Consolidated or Coordinated” and “Ethical Issues Relating to Electronic Discovery”. Speakers include in-house counsel from prominent companies such as Altria, Bank of America, Citigroup, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, IBM, Lehman Brothers and Xerox.
