LAWFUEL – The actress Lindsay Lohan is defending a lawsuit from a woman who claims Lohan hit her and her bodyguard hit the woman’s car. Lohan claims the lawsuit is “scurrilous” and an attempt to extort money from her.
In papers filed on July 30, Signe Dupuy is suing Lohan for $7,500 for “damage, injury and pain and suffering.” She claims Lohan glared at her and that her bodyguard was hostile and the pair gave her false names before driving off.
The actress is due to answer the charges in court in September.
