LAWFUEL – The Law Firm Newswire – The rural property practice of Scottish legal firm Anderson Strathern is steaming towards a record year after advising on deals worth more than £300 million.
Chairman Robert Carr said the growth had been underpinned by new client wins on the property and private client sides.
Edinburgh-based Anderson Strathern, whose rural practice is highly rated by industry bibles Legal 500 and Chambers, said notable work during the year had included the much-publicised sale of Dumfries House.
Anderson is one of Scotland’s largest “mid-tier” firms, with around 270 staff, including 39 partners.
