LAWFUEL – The Law Newswire – Britney Spears is divorced from Kevin Federline, with custody arrangements still to be finalized. The divorce papers were filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday.
Spears’ lawyer, Laura Wasser said the custody arrangement was for a 50/50 split between the couple, but final arrangements would be kept confidential for the safety of the two children. A final hearing is to be heard in early August detailing final custody arrangements.
