WASHINGTON– LAWFUEL – Legal Announcements –Energy lawyer James C. Beh has joined the international law firm Jones Day as a partner in the Washington office in the firm’s Energy Delivery and Power Practice.
Mr. Beh has more than 20 years experience representing traditional utilities, merchant generators, power marketers and others in complex litigation, compliance and transactional matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, federal courts, and other state and federal agencies. He was formerly a partner in the Washington office of Troutman Sanders LLP. Mr. Beh is a 1981 graduate of Georgetown University and a 1984 graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as Articles Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal.
