London – Jones Day Gouldens advised GenCorp Inc. in the $133 million acquisition by its Aerojet-General subsidiary of the Atlantic Research Propulsion Corp. subsidiary of Sequa Corporation.
GenCorp Inc. is a technology-based manufacturer with operations in the aerospace and defense, pharmaceutical fine chemicals and automotive industries.
The deal team included Amanda Long, M&A (London), Nick Thornton, tax (London) Nicola Whiteley, labour (London), Sean McAvoy and Angela Bernardi, (Menlo Park) and lawyers from the Cleveland, New York and Washington offices.
