LONDON – LAWFUEL – Law News, Law Jobs – Allen & Overy has advised GCap Media plc, the UK’s leading commercial radio group, on the disposal of the radio stations 105.4 Century FM (Manchester) and 100-102 Century FM (North East England) to Guardian Media Group, for a gross cash consideration of £60 million.
The Allen & Overy team was led by corporate partner Andrew Schoorlemmer, assisted by associates Henry Harris, Adrian Brown and Michael Mustard. Real estate associate Robert Peel advised on the property and services aspects of the transaction. Tax partner David Lewis, assisted by associate Ben Brown advised on the tax aspects.
