Mallesons Stephen Jaques, has been named as the clear leader in Australia; in this years AsiaLaw / Asiamoney Law Firm Poll 2003.

The firm has gained top rankings in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, Securitisation and Structured Finance.

The May issues of Asiamoney and its sister publication, AsiaLaw, feature a survey of the top legal advisers in the Asia Pacific region; the third annual law firm poll conducted by Asiamoney.

Mallesons Stephen Jaques was recognised for its regional work maintaining its lead in capital markets and general financial law and taking the top slot in M&A and securitisation.

The survey unveiled key attributes common to the top firms in the Asia Pacific region in tough markets quality reigns. Unsurprisingly, good advice and an ability to find solutions to problems occupy the top two spots in our results. Also high on the list of survey results were, business acumen and clear communication.
