Hemmerich, who will report directly to DBR publisher and president Chris Mobley, will be based in the DBR’s downtown Miami office, but will work regularly with the account executives, clients and prospects in Broward and Palm Beach counties as well.
Prior to joining the DBR last year, Hemmerich worked for the then-Knight-Ridder Publications, where she served for two years as publisher of the company’s apartment guides. She was responsible for every aspect of those publications, including sales, marketing, distribution and production. Prior to that, she was a senior account executive for the guides for three years. Hemmerich, with her husband, previously owned and operated an area restaurant. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing from Barry University in Miami and is also is a licensed Realtor.
