MONTRÉAL (March 26, 2007) – LawFuel – Canada Law News – Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes), one of Canada’s leading business law firms, today announced that Bruno Arnould has joined the Montréal office as a Partner.

With a large clientele consisting notably of French financial and industrial interests, Mr. Arnould’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. During the past few years, he has distinguished himself in leading several acquisitions in Canada for companies operating worldwide. He is a member of the first editing committee of the Manuel des Corporations du Québec, published by Carswell. Before joining Blakes, Mr. Arnould was a partner at Fasken Martineau in Montréal.
