Entertainment and Media Practice Wins 2008 Award for Excellence
LOS ANGELES, CA, June 13, 2008 (LAWFUEL) – In the best showing to date for O’Melveny & Myers LLP, Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business 2008 recognized 64 O’Melveny lawyers and 38 of the Firm’s practice groups for distinction. Additionally, the Firm’s Entertainment and Media practice was honored with a 2008 Award for Excellence by Chambers USA. The guide ranks 12 O’Melveny lawyers in the top tier of the nation’s leading lawyers, with four ranked in the top-tier nationally. Five O’Melveny practices are ranked in the top tier of the nation’s leading practices in the guide; among those, two are ranked in the top tier nationally.
The 12 O’Melveny lawyers that the guide ranks in the top tier are: Seth Aronson (LA); James Asperger (LA); John Beisner (DC); Daniel Bookin (SF); Dale Cendali (NY); Howard Chao (SV, SH, BJ); Walter Dellinger (DC); Bob Eccles (DC); Theodore Kassinger (DC); Greta Lichtenbaum (DC); and Jill Matichak (SF).
