Karen B. Greenbaum Brings More Than 25 Years Of Operations Experience

Greenbaum has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director. Ms. Greenbaum brings her knowledge of world class operational practices of global corporations to the legal industry. Having served in numerous leadership roles at Mercer including President and Chief Operating Officer US, Global Practice Leader, and Global Market Development Leader, Ms. Greenbaum has a proven track record in managing a broad range of functions including finance, human resources, marketing and sales, information technology, and knowledge management.
