SAN FRANCISCO, CA – March 2, 2010 – Bryan Cave LLP Partner Lee Marshall will take over as managing partner of the firm’s San Francisco office, effective April 1. Marshall joined the firm in 2000 and is transferring from the St. Louis office.
Bryan Cave opened its San Francisco office in 2008 to serve clients in the bay area and northern California. Lawyers in the office represent clients on a wide range of issues, including commercial and class action litigation, intellectual property matters and business transactions. The San Francisco office was the firm’s third in the state, following Los Angeles and Irvine. Bryan Cave has more than 100 attorneys based in California.

Marshall’s practice includes appellate and intellectual property litigation matters and he serves as the leader of Bryan Cave’s appellate team. His practice has a particular focus on biotech patent litigation and he is a member of the bar of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Marshall is currently appointed to the Federal Advisory Committee to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit by Chief Judge James Loken.
Marshall received his J.D. in 1999 and his A.B. in 1993 from Washington University.
