NEW YORK–LAWFUEL – The Law Newswire – Bracewell & Giuliani LLP announced today that Elizabeth L. McGinley has joined the firm as a partner in its New York office, where she will work in the Tax Section.
Ms. McGinley’s primary practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and real estate transactions. Her broad background includes corporate tax, partnership tax, private equity and financing arrangements. During her career, she has represented major public corporations, private investors, entrepreneurs and real estate developers.

Before joining Bracewell, Ms. McGinley was counsel at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP. She is a graduate of the New York University School of Law and a Certified Public Accountant.
