LLC, in connection with Citi’s agreement to acquire Bisys Group, Inc. for $1.45 billion in an all-cash transaction, and J.C. Flowers’ agreement to cause certain of its affiliates to purchase from Citi the Retirement and Insurance Services Divisions of Bisys.
