NEW YORK, October 4, 2006 – LAWFUEL – Law News, Law Jobs Worldwide – Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel announced today the election of David Blondel and Ming Henderson-Vu Thi as partners in the Paris office.

Mr. Blondel’s practice focuses primarily on real property law and structured real estate finance. Prior to joining Kramer Levin, he acted from 2000 to 2006 as Legal Director of the real estate department of Natexis Banques Populaires structuring and financing important real estate projects in France and abroad for investment funds and real estate developers and managers. He also was an adjunct professor for International Business Law at the European Business School in Paris from 1999 to 2005. Mr. Blondel received a “DESS” in International Business Law from the University of Paris and a LLM in Private Law from the University of Rouen.
Ming Henderson-Vu Thi is the head of the employment and labor law practice in the Paris office. She focuses on all matters of employment and labor law, with particular emphasis on handling individual and collective employment disputes and litigation, negotiation of social plans, transfer of undertakings, redundancy, restructuring, and handling international staff mobility for international and French corporations. She received a DEA in Labor and Employment Law and Magistère in Employment Law and Human Resources from the University of Paris. She also received a Certificate in European Social Security legislation from the Erasmus Program at Edinburgh University and a Master’s in Employment and Labor Law from the University of Paris. She is a regular speaker in employment and labor law at international conferences.
