NEW YORK & OSLO, Norway- LAWFUEL – Legal News Network -TANDBERG® (OSLO:TAA.OL), a global leader in visual communication, and StarBak Communications Inc., a leading provider of business-class video portals for the enterprise and education markets, today announced the settlement of two patent-infringement lawsuits, and a new agreement for the licensing of video streaming and archiving technologies.

As part of the agreement, StarBak and TANDBERG will cooperate to develop and market video content delivery, video content management and other related products and services. In addition, TANDBERG and StarBak will work together to promote greater interoperability between the StarBak Integrated Network Video (INV) solution and TANDBERG products such as Content Server, MXP videoconferencing systems and MPS conferencing bridges.
