Stephen D. Brody is a member of the Class Actions, Mass Torts, and Aggregated Litigation practice and resides in the Washington, DC office. He received his B.A. in 1990 from Williams College. Stephen received his law degree in 1994 from Washington & Lee University. Prior to joining O’Melveny in 2006, he was a lawyer with the United States Department of Justice.
Nathan G. Bush is a member of the Antitrust/Competition practice and resides in the Beijing office. He received his B.A. in 1995 from University of Virginia. Nathan received his law degree in 2000 from Harvard University, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Asia Quarterly and a member of the Submissions Committee for the Harvard International Law Journal. Ranked in the top tier among all lawyers in the Competition/Antitrust (China) category by Chambers Asia 2009, Nathan joined O’Melveny in 2001, after clerking for the Honorable Leonie M. Brinkema of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Winston Chang is a member of the Tax practice and resides in the Newport Beach office. He received his B.S. from University of Southern California in 1994. Winston received his law degree in 2000 from University of California Berkeley School of Law, and was a member of the Order of the Coif. He joined O’Melveny in 2000.
Peter Chen is a member of the Corporate Finance/Capital Markets practice and resides in the Hong Kong office. He received a B.A. in 1993 from Boston University. Peter received his M.A. in Jurisprudence from Keble College, Oxford University in 1995 and a Professional Certificate of Laws from University of Hong Kong in 1997. He joined O’Melveny in 2007.
Brian E. Covotta is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice and resides in the Silicon Valley office. He received his B.A. in 1995 from Syracuse University. Brian received his J.D. in 1998 from University of California Berkeley School of Law. He joined O’Melveny in 2003.
James Ford is a member of the Investment Funds and Securitization practice and resides in the London office. He received his B.A. from Peterhouse, Cambridge University, in 1998. James received his L.P.C. in 2000 from College of Law, London. He joined O’Melveny in 2004.
David J. Marroso is a member of the Business Trial and Litigation practice and resides in the Century City office. He received his B.A. in 1996 from University of Nevada-Reno. David received his law degree in 2000 from Harvard Law School. Prior to joining O’Melveny in 2001, he clerked for the Honorable Stephen S. Trott of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Sean A. Monroe is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice and resides in the Century City office. He received a B.A. from Georgetown University in 1992. Sean received his law degree in 1996 from University of California Berkeley School of Law, where he was Articles Editor of the California Law Review. He joined O’Melveny in 2005.
Christian C. Nugent is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice and resides in the New York office. He received his B.A. in 1995 from Georgetown University. Chris received his J.D. in 1999 from Fordham University, where he was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. He joined O’Melveny in 2002.
Maritza U.B. Okata is a member of the Corporate Finance/Capital Markets practice and resides in the Washington, DC office. She received an A.B. from Harvard University in 1996. Maritza received her law degree in 2000 from Yale Law School, where she was an Articles Editor of the Yale Law Journal. Maritza clerked for Justice Stephen G. Breyer of the US Supreme Court and for the Honorable Guido Calabresi of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She joined O’Melveny in 2003.
Christian Riis-Madsen is a member of the Antitrust/Competition practice and resides in the Brussels office. He received his LL.B. in 1998, and his LL.M. in 2000, both from University of Copenhagen. Christian joined O’Melveny in 2004.
David J. Roberts is a member of the Corporate Finance/Capital Markets practice and resides in the Beijing office. He received his B.A. in 1994 from University of California Santa Cruz. David received his law degree in 1999 from University of Washington School of Law, where he was a Notes & Comments Editor of the Washington Law Review. He joined O’Melveny in 2003.
Mark W. Robertson is a member of the Labor and Employment practice and resides in the New York office. He received his B.B.A. in 1991 from University of Louisiana at Monroe. Mark received an MBA in 1994, as well as his law degree in 1998, from Pepperdine University. He was a staff member of the Pepperdine Law Review. Mark joined O’Melveny in 1998.
Daniel N. Shallman is a member of the White Collar Defense and Corporate Investigations practice and resides in the Los Angeles office. He received his B.S. in 1992 from University of Illinois and his J.D. in 1995 from University of Chicago. Prior to joining O’Melveny in 2007, Dan served for over seven years as an Assistant US Attorney for the Central District of California in Los Angeles.
Friven Yeoh is a member of the International practice and resides in the Hong Kong office. He received an LL.B. from University of Melbourne in 1996, and an LL.M. in 2001 from the London School of Economics. Friven joined O’Melveny in 2006.
