LAWFUEL – The Legal Newswire – Last Friday, Paul, Weiss secured a jury verdict in the SDNY on behalf of its pro bono client, a Korean nail salon worker who had not been paid overtime wages and who had been illegally fired for asserting her statutory rights. The firm also secured favorable settlements for two other nail salon workers from their former employers.
