Delli Venneri focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation with particular emphasis on products liability and mass torts, as well as representation of foreign clients. His national and international clients include tire manufacturers, cosmetic companies and pharmaceutical companies, among others. Delli Venneri has worked extensively with foreign companies to help them comprehend and navigate U.S. litigation procedures. He previously was a partner in the product liability practice of a prominent New York City law firm.

Delli Venneri’s extensive experience includes coordinating the national defense of multi-jurisdictional tort litigations involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices and tires in the United States and Canada . One of his most notable accomplishments was a precedent-setting New Jersey Appellate Division decision regarding The Hague Convention on The Taking of Evidence Abroad. He won that decision while serving as national counsel for a major foreign pharmaceutical company.
