Davis Polk & Wardwell advised Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and UBS Securities LLC as joint book-running managers in connection with an SEC-registered offering of 7,762,500 shares of common stock of Prospect Capital Corporation. Including the over-allotment option, the total proceeds of the offering were approximately $64 million. The common stock is listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “PSEC.”
Prospect Capital Corporation is a New York-based financial services company that primarily lends to and invests in middle-market privately held companies.
