Reed Smith Adds Another Real Estate Partner In New York Office – Law Firm Announcements

Bricker as a partner in the Real Estate Group of its Business & Finance Department. He will be resident in the New York office, effective immediately.

Mr. Bricker was formerly a partner in the New York City office of Arent Fox.

Mr. Bricker’s practice extends to transactions involving loan syndications and participations, as well as to the origination of first mortgage loans for securitization. He represents clients in joint venture agreements and equity transactions, in the purchase and sales of whole loans, mezzanine loans, participation interests, and A/B and C structured loan interests, and in the purchase of improved and unimproved real estate.

Mr. Bricker graduated from the Law School at the University of Detroit and received his undergraduate degree from Manhattan College.
