Mr. Artis was formerly a partner in the New York office of Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal LLP, where his practice included private equity, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters, including the representation of buyers and sellers in a full range of merger and acquisition transactions domestically and internationally.
