San Francisco/Palo Alto, July 17, 2007 – LAWFUEL – The Law Newswire – Baker & McKenzie LLP is pleased to announce the addition of three new lawyers to its San Francisco/Palo Alto office. Victor A. Flores joins the San Francisco office as Of Counsel in the Global Equity Services Group, Jenny C. Yeh joins the Palo Alto office as Of Counsel in the Corporate Group, and Sharlyn Dreyfus joins the San Francisco office as an Associate in the Litigation Group.

Victor A. Flores joins Baker & McKenzie LLP from Latham & Watkins LLP. His practice focuses on executive compensation, employee benefits, taxation, securities and employment law on behalf of public, privately held and global companies. Victor has advised on a wide variety of compensation and benefits issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other transactions, and has represented issuers and underwriters in connection with initial public offerings of domestic and non-U.S. issuers, including the design and implementation of a variety of compensation plans. He received his A.B. from Columbia College in 1992 and his JD from The George Washington University Law School in 1998.

Jenny C. Yeh joins from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati where she focused on a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital financings, securities offerings (both private and public), mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Jenny represents private and public companies across many industries, including computer, software and Internet. She received her B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley in 1994 and her JD from Georgetown University in 1998.

Sharlyn Dreyfus joins Baker & McKenzie after relocating back to the Bay Area from Chicago where she was a consultant with Conlon Public Strategies, subsequent to being an Associate with Jones Day in Texas and San Francisco. She received her JD from the University of Michigan Law School in 2004 and her A.B. in Human Biology from Stanford University.
