Securities Litigator Joins Greenberg Traurig’s Chicago Office – Law Firm Newswire

CHICAGO–LAWFUEL – Legal Announcements –The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced today that Miriam G. Bahcall, Steven M. Malina and Beth A. Black have joined the Litigation Practice in its Chicago office. Bahcall and Malina join as Shareholders, and Black joins as an Associate. Prior to joining the firm, they were with the Chicago office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.

Bahcall, Malina and Black will continue to focus their practice on a variety of financial services industry litigation and regulatory matters. They have successfully represented broker-dealers, investment banks, investment management firms and public issuers, and their management and employees, in investigations and disciplinary proceedings initiated by the SEC, FINRA, CBOE and state regulators as well as in class and derivative litigation.
