THREE MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICERS PLEAD GUILTY IN MANHATTAN FEDERAL COURT TO ORCHESTRATING $9 MILLION MORTGAGE FRAUD SCHEME

12 April 2012 – Preet Bharara, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced that three mortgage loan officers, FREDERICK WARREN, DORIAN BROWN, and FRITZ BONAVENTURE each pled guilty today for their roles in a $9 million mortgage fraud scheme. The defendants pled guilty before U.S. District Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald.
