(LAWFUEL) – Fish & Richardson Principal Profiled in Dallas Business Journal DALLAS – attorneys is pleased to announce that Thomas M. Melsheimer once again is featured in the Dallas Business Journal as one of the 15 best business defense attorneys in North Texas.
Mr. Melsheimer is profiled in “The Defenders,” a June 13 special section highlighting the attorneys that North Texas businesses turn to in “bet-the-company” litigation. “Defenders” selections were made by the editorial department at the Dallas Business Journal after interviewing lawyers, judges and general counsels across the area.
This marks the second time Mr. Melsheimer has earned this honor after being included in the inaugural 2006 “Defenders” listing.

Mr. Melsheimer is the Managing Principal of Fish & Richardson’s Dallas office, as well as a member of the firm’s nationwide Management Committee. His practice is focused in high-stakes, high-tech litigation, including complex civil and white-collar criminal cases.
