Michael has more than 15 years experience acting in all types of commercial property transactions including sales and acquisitions, commercial and retail leasing, joint ventures, developments and providing general and strategic advice on a wide variety of property related matters. He also brings to the Firm significant experience providing specialist advice to aged care providers.
Michael has advised some of Australia’s largest private and public companies, listed property trusts, property developers and aged care providers across Australia. His experience has significantly increased the breadth of expertise at TressCox. This appointment is a result of the Firm’s continued development of its property and commercial practice.
