UK Law – Eversheds advises West Coast Energy on wind farm sale – See LawFuel.co.nz for NZ Legal Jobs

LAWFUEL.com – UK Legal Newswire – International law firm Eversheds has advised West Cost Energy on the sale of Tullo Wind farm, near Laurencekirk, Aberdeenshire. The wind farm, which is expected to be operational by 2010, has been acquired by Eneco Wind UK and is a 16MW project.

West Coast Energy is a UK based leading independent wind energy developer and is currently involved in developing over 1000MW of wind energy projects in the UK.

The Eversheds team was led by Clean Energy and Sustainability Partner, Michelle Thomas, assisted by corporate associate Iwan Walters and corporate solicitor Gwyn Hobbs.
