LONDON, May 19, 2009 – The international law firm Bryan Cave LLP (www.bryancave.com) announced today that Stephen Ball has joined the firm’s London office as partner. Ball, a corporate and financial services lawyer, joins the firm’s Corporate Finance & Securities Client Service Group.

Admitted to practice in England and Hong Kong, Ball has 20 years’ global management and transactional experience. He has served as vice chairman, CEO, general counsel and board member of international financial institutions, law firms and multinational corporations.
Ball received his LL.B from London University in 1982.
