UK Legal Newswire – Eversheds bolsters oil and gas practice

4 October 2010 – International law firm Eversheds has boosted its energy practice with the appointment of partner Jason Lovell, who joins the firm from US law firm Vinson & Elkins.

Jason’s wide ranging experience extends through the full length of the energy chain, from advising on large scale international upstream oil and gas transactions through to smaller scale renewable electricity generation projects. He is principally being brought in to add further depth to Eversheds’ oil and gas practice.

Jason has worked primarily in the London office of Vinson & Elkins since 2001, also spending some time in the firm’s Houston office. He has an international corporate practice, advising energy clients on corporate and commercial issues.
