London – DLA Piper’s Finance and Projects Group has strengthened its Projects practice with the appointment of Costanza Russo as a partner based in the firm’s London office. Costanza has been made up to partner on joining, having been a senior associate at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker (Europe) LLP in their London office.
Costanza Russo’s current practice is mainly in the area of project finance. She has advised and advises in respect of projects in Eastern and Western Europe with a particular focus on infrastructure projects. In addition, she also has significant experience in acquisition finance, real estate finance, bond issue, securitisation and structured finance transactions, with a focus on the Italian market.
Costanza has gained extensive experience from advising leading banks, multinational corporations, governments and governmental authorities in respect of the financing and development of projects in a number of different countries and sectors.
