Seasoned Attorney Expands One of New York City’s Largest Tax-Exempt Organizations Practice Groups
NEW YORK, NY – June 26, 2009. Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP is pleased to announce that Tomer Inbar has become a Partner of the firm in the Tax-Exempt Organizations Practice Group. Mr. Inbar has broad experience advising public charities, private foundations, colleges and universities, pension funds, museums and cultural organizations and other 501(c) organizations. He brings to the firm exceptional skills in all aspects of tax-exempt organizations practice including tax and corporate matters, lobbying and political activity, government investigations and IRS matters, as well as structuring complex corporate transactions and advising on program-related and social investing.
Mr. Inbar is a regular speaker at national tax-exempt organization conferences. He has spoken recently on issues such as charitable investment funds, economic development, lobbying, program-related investments and board governance and liability concerns.
