Lawfuel – The Dallas law firm of Shackelford, Melton & McKinley, LLP, is pleased to announce that Bart Wulff has joined the firm’s litigation section as a partner. Mr. Wulff’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and insurance coverage litigation.
Mr. Wulff has been involved in major litigation involving commodity anti-trust issues, letter of credit disputes, and business tort issues in a variety of industries. His clients include leading insurance agencies, technology companies, financial institutions and agri-business companies, among others.

Mr. Wulff is a member of the Committee for a Qualified Judiciary, and is a Life Member of both the Dallas Bar Foundation and Texas Bar Foundation. He has served as chair of the Courthouse Committee (1997) and the Business Litigation Section (2005) of the Dallas Bar Association. He also is a member of the Advisory Board for the William Wayne Justice Center of Public Interest Law at the University of Texas School of Law.
He also remains involved in numerous organizations outside of the legal profession. A member of Leadership Dallas’ Class of 1996, he is a member of the Insurance & Risk Management Council of the American Management Association. Mr. Wulff also serves as a director of the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and trustee for the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Foundation. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for Saint Stephens Episcopal School in Austin, and a former member of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Mr. Wulff earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1973, and his undergraduate degree from Yale University in 1968. He is admitted to the State Bars in both Texas and Georgia.
