11 August 2011 – Vinson & Elkins represented Morgan Stanley Private Equity in a strategic partnership with Denver-based Sterling Energy Company, in which Morgan Stanley Private Equity made a majority equity investment in a newly formed company called Sterling Investment Holdings, LLC (Sterling Energy).
The new company will support the growth of Sterling Energy’s midstream business in Colorado and North Dakota. A copy of Morgan Stanley Private Equity’s press release is below.
