WASHINGTON, D.C. August 6, 2007 – O’Melveny & Myers LLP announced today that Martin P. Dunn, Deputy Director, and former Acting Director, of the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, will join the Firm in September as a partner and will be resident in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Mr. Dunn joined the Division of Corporation Finance in 1988 and has been the Deputy Director since 2002. During his tenure, Mr. Dunn has held various senior positions within the Division, including that of Chief Counsel from 1994 to 1997. Mr. Dunn was also the Division’s Acting Director in 2006.

Mr. Dunn received his J.D. in 1988 from The American University, Washington College of Law and his B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1985.
