WASHINGTON, DC (May 1) – Kilpatrick Stockton’s Washington, DC office announced today that it received the 40 Over 50 Award from the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Judicial Circuit Standing Committee on Pro Bono for the second year in a row. This award went only to 17 firms in Washington, DC, in which 40 percent of the lawyers each donated at least 50 hours of pro bono work. Attorneys Stephen E. Baskin and Svetlana S. Gans accepted the award on behalf of the firm at the Judicial Pro Bono Recognition Breakfast at which Chief Judge Douglas H. Ginsburg, of the DC Circuit, and DC District Court Chief Judge Thomas F. Hogan gave introductory remarks.
