WINSTON-SALEM (February 24) — The Triad Business Journal recently named Richard Gottlieb one of the area’s “40 Leaders Under 40” award recipients. Gottlieb is recognized for his civic activities, including his work to improve public access to the legal system through his involvement in the firm’s pro bono program.
Mr. Gottlieb is a partner and practices in the Litigation Practice Group. His practice is concentrated in the areas of trade secret, class action, and complex business litigation. Mr. Gottlieb received his B.A. from Emory University with Phi Beta Kappa honors in 1992. He obtained his J.D., with honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1996. Mr. Gottlieb was named to Business North Carolina magazine’s “Legal Elite” in litigation, 2005. He was also recognized as a business litigation “Super Lawyer” in the 2006 North Carolina Super Lawyer magazine.
